For a 4wd? It can be fabbed up for some killer flex. You would be able to ramp a 20 degree and almost top out a 30. It depends how insane you want to go. It can be done and i have done it a couple times. Once with a Zuki and once with a Nissan Partfinder.

Both. I wanna be able to adjust it so it drops (for car shows and stuff) and raises back up so I can drive it without having to avoid potholes and speed bumps.

The most you can really go with would be @ 3" coilovers. Anymore and it gets a little squirrely. By the 3"s i mean you cn go down 3" from stock and go up 3" from stock. 6" of total movement.
