ok more progress...

i've got the plans for the fuel cell mounting down, got the hole cut out for it. now it's simply a matter of bending the 14ga steel for the brackets and bolting/sealing it all up. a friend of mine designed the following rear strut/diff mount brace with an integrated battery carrier that i'll be replicating. i dunno if any of you remember the one i bought, but it's going back the flimsy piece of shit...

yeah my welder cost $600, not $6000. seems to do a fine job.

and we've never seen a damn thing you've welded chad.

I didn't weld that rear strut brace btw. and i'd rather have a ground down good penetration snot weld any day over a pretty hold-nothing weld.

well you know i will always give you props when i see with my own eyes. i'm sure you can weld as well as you say you can.

funny that i (the guy who used to cuss at chad more than y'all have yet) am the only one who trusts you. so here it is, chad knows what he is talking about. despite his spelling errors, he deserves some props.

Props? And no offence jason, but I believe chad as well. Ok, so hes no dictionary worm, but he knows his car shit, so i'm guessing the welding skills are there as well.
