it was a valid question though i'm from ontario they were tihnking of rasing the legal driving age from 16 to 18 i was actually jsut answering his question the system runs differently here G1 (beginners license) G2 (2nd stage need tot ake a road test to get it) G (full license)

we may have a 3 stage licensing but we have no problem with teenagers getting drunk i live right on the border near a busy city so we have alot of american 19 year olds coming up from newyork for the booze

most european countries let kids drink at 16 but i think they cant drive till 18 or 21 somethin like that
