last year i was on the net and i came across this online modding game where you can change colour, add real brand name wheels, lower, and lots of other stuff to heaps of actual standard cars (most 1990+ production cars).
just wondering if anyone knows the site im talking about coz its really bugging me.

The only one I've come across is a drag racer game that you cna find on xgenstudios.com (I don't think it's the one you are talking about, but it's the closest I know of).

Ive played drag racer, its not the one.
This one just has a car to do up not drive/drag.
I honestly think it was a mag wheel fitment flash game
