what is the most horsepower that n e one has ever heard of on a car cuz i think i heard a lie.

Well, on a production car, that would be the Bugatti Veyron, at 1000 hp. Not sure how high others might have been, but have seen toyota supras pushing 900-1000 hp, and likely there is someone out there with as much as 1200 out of their v8, but that's about the best I can tell ya.


It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, a half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Top fuel dragsters are somthing like 6000-7000 hp

But those are specially designed engines (meaning they cost a LOT of money) and they run fuel that you don't run on the street. So 2fast, if you heard someone talking about street engine hp in that range, it was likely a lie.

yeah 6,000 - 7,000 i herd also
i seen this guy on tv has a helecopter engine he must had like 6,500 hp in his truck but it was all moded up

You can get an Integra to push out around 1000hp (give or take 100-200) with a DART block and head, and turbo.

You can do the craziest things these days with modding. It could be a lie or they're really resourceful.
