Anybody hear any new news on the Drag City strip in Banning? They changed the web site and removed the Forum so you can't even ask questions there. The only information they have is a "Opening Fall 2005" splash on the main screen. I've heard rumors that the strip is never going to happen, anyone know anything about it?

well, it looks kinda like there is work getting done. If you're looking for more solid answers, start bugging the sponsors. If they get the impression that people are getting unhappy about the state of construction, they just might put some pressure on the drag city people. Investors who are in it for the advertising don't usually like to be tied to defunct projects.
