nitrous may make your car go like sh*t but it aint worth the money. i dont know how much it costs but i know its a lot. Plus you cant just by a nitrous bottle and thats it. You have to buy a nitrous kit to tune the engine.

If your friend is a newbie to racing....no, do not buy nitrous for the car. If you don't know what you are doing, you could install it wrong and blow your engine. Nitrous kits have come a long way in developement in the past 10yrs, they are much safer now. Kits range anywhere from $400 to $2000.

Nitrous isn’t worth the money? Nitrous is the best bang for your buck. Most nos systems will range from $500-$700 and you will get around 100-200 hp depending on the system/car. I cant think of 1 single modification that you could do for ~$500 and get the same hp return.
