It was alive and well back before it was overhauled, maybe two and a half to three years ago?, don't remember too well, wasn't on here much but there was lots of debate and arguing, so much fun and trash talking back and forth.

The import vs. domestic fights were great, so much trash talking between the muscle car guys and the import kids. So much fun, now its gone...

I like how u call the domestic people "guys" and the import people "kids".

Import is the new age, technoloy is taking over. I can appreciate a nice domestic car, but Its not all about the thundrous exhaust, polution, and rack and pinion steering. now u can incorporate comfort and ride quality and the atmospheric preservation with the speed. Out with the old, in with the new.

Yeah, I didn't really mean to imply that only the younger people were into imports and only the older ones liked domestics, I guess it just came out that way. My old man (57) has gotten into imports (namely his MK IV Supra), and I've got lots of friends my age that drive muscle cars, so I guess it just depends on the person.

Its cool, sorry about all the stupid shit that goes back and forht. Well, he hasn't finished the mods he has planned, so no trips to the track yet. However, its supposedly going to make over 500hp at high boost (like 20-22 lbs) and should be able to hit mid 11s well driven. Having driven it, I can say its much faster then my mid 13s 3rd gen RX-7, and I can't even launch that car. I love em too, just wish I could afford one.

There great cars, but buying one is only part of the cost. Keeping them running, thats were the real expense comes in, and not just engine rebuilds. Oh well, I can only suggest them as wonderful sports cars that feel wonderful to drive.
