Looking for cheap, decent FORD engine, 390 and up   Posted Sat Dec 4, 04   11:21 AM     

Im trying to convince my dad to not be a puss (using a boring ass CHEVY 350) and use a FORD 390, 427, 428, or 429 in his old STUDEBAKER truck. Looking for a low price, decent condition mill.

Im not sure that Ford made a 428. Look into Jegs performance parts. They have reasonably priced crate motor and I know that a Ford 429 is readily available.

428 cj and scj and intercepter...there out there. i believe there a little expensive. but theres always a 429 out of a t bird its not a boss 429 but the c.i.are still there. or a 460. and wal ay 514 stroker..mawhahahahah
